Received a warning that this was a similar beast to the Duchesse de Bourgogne, who proved to be a foul creature. Was pleasantly surprised to find it wasn't awful. Still fairly crusty but quite refreshing.

Smooth and fruity. Mild. Taste: classic Gueuze. Mild taste. Sour on the tip of the tongue. Astringent on the back.

Not my usual style, but not bad either. I wouldn't buy it for myself, but I don't mind drinking it. Graded entirely subjectively.

Hm. Jeg havde glædet mig til denne. Men den har lidt for meget 'forkert' vinkælder duft. Det ikke en funky og spændende duft, men mere en gammel brugt og tom vintønde der har stået og blevet lidt sur :/ ikke direkte dårlig, bare lidt skuffende...

Ça change de toutes les bières que j'ai goûté jusqu'à présent ! C'est une gueuze acide, légèrement pétillante. Je n'aime pas mais c'est probablement plus personnel.
