2016 leaking bottle. Taste is ok. Sour. Tart. Musty with a dry finish. Soft, smooth. Green apple. But even more fruitiness. Peachy in taste. Floral - hops in the nose. Even a little perfumy (roses) Old, musty and dry

Bon comme prévu c’est très spécial, pas un goût que j’aime d’où la note, mais la découverte d’un nouveau type de biere fait plaisir !

Rubia transparente con giste efímero. Aroma a fruta de hueso, ligeramente agrio. Gusto agridulce, no intenso. Suave en general.

Napia manzana fermentando, sutil floral. Giste fino, cremoso y casi linoso. C° ultrafino. Sabor dulce, afrutado, pelín agrio. R° seco fugaz y muy sutil astringencia, final limpio. Muy rica.

En god gueuze, men står tilbake for 3 Fonteinen på syrlighet (tart) og konsentrasjon. Relativt besk finish og moderat karbonering.

Сыграл на понижение. Оттого впечатления не такие яркие. Лёгкий, но жгучий в глотк'е. Такой солнечный. Чуть моченых яблок. И кислота кожуры грецкого ореха.
