What can I say. If Autumn had a taste, it would be this. It's almost poetic. If I close my eyes I'm suddenly taking a walk in a park with leaves falling down. Very earthy with a hint of rotten apple. Love it.

One of my favourite gueuze. This one is still from 2020. I prefer it 1 to 2 years older. Already very complex, but not as complex as an older one. Barnyard, hay, sour, wild, yeasty, dry, tart, complex,..... almost perfection

Wow this is like a sour saison. Perfect farmhouse character going on. Dry and cidery. Almost like champagne but more body and character. Tart but not too tart.

В запахе сухость, что то от сидра, что то от дикаря. Вкус абсолютно не сухой и проваливается в горькое послевкусие. Интересно, но цена явно завышена.
