Clean, bitter, big malty backbone, usually I don't like PA with a big malty backbone, but the bitterness in this one makes it nice and quaffable

Old school east coast pale ale with a malty start and a beautiful hoppy, piney bitter Finish. Easy going

Thanks Steffen H. 4 years since the bottling date. Starts to get a nice complex touch. Sour, woody, acidic, wild, funky. Excellent 👌. I still have a bottle and will open it in 2040.

Beautiful fruited sour, not a Berliner Weiße. I like that this one still tastes like beer. The malt is still well noticeable. Excellent fruited profile

Damn, that's amazing. Bourbon, orange zest, marzipan, hints of cherry's, it's so damn close to an old fashioned. Mindblown. And also quite quaffable for 11% vol.

Drinking Faro brings back the memories of my younger years in Brussels. My mum used to drink a faro when she went out. And I used to nip from her glass liking the sweet and sour comination. So i drink this more out of nostalgia, not because I love it.

Coffee porter it is. And a damn strong one, love it. Strong roasy, little cocoa, espresso, malty & earthy. Roasty & steadily bitter finish. Rich & strong pitchblack body. A beer to sip and enjoy. Massively underrated, probably too bitter for most peeps

Coarse-pored, ephemeral foam over a golden brew. Scent is fruity, grape, dextrose. Medium body and carbonization. Taste is lightly sour and tart. Aromas of grape, raisins, dextrose. Also grassy, herbal and quite woody. Pleasing aftertaste, long finish.

One of my favourite gueuze. This one is still from 2020. I prefer it 1 to 2 years older. Already very complex, but not as complex as an older one. Barnyard, hay, sour, wild, yeasty, dry, tart, complex,..... almost perfection
