HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend (2019) L.
Quite good but just a little less than expecting. More fruit than funk character but changed to more funk once it warmed. Nice level of acidity. More fruity taste than funk. Strong level of young oak it seems. Cage nearly shot out to the ceiling.

Strong chocolate and coffee. Oak is prominent in aroma and flavour. Full bodied and very smooth.

Malt much more prevalent than hops. Malt is toasty/ almost toffee like.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio L.
Lightly sour. Good apple/Parmesan funk. Unique but Would benefit from carbonation. Not as special as I hoped for.

Never had anything like this before. Delicious apple, leather, floral aroma. Pretty sour with with strong bitterness. Oak, citrus.

High carbonation sent the cork flying. Huge aroma out of the bottle that filled the room. Very similar to Boon with lots of hay and leather funk. Pretty sour. Delicious. Very dry.

Absolutely delicious perfectly balanced gueze. Like a fine wine. No one character outshines the other.

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°2 L.
Very dry and highly carbonated. Very strong oak and apple/pear aroma. Quite sour with a thin body. Quite delicious.
