One of my favourite breweries keeps producing lovely beers. The flavours are complex but are so complimentary. Sourness which is upfront whilst not too over the top is still present until the very end!

Bottled 15 dec 2016. Damn fine beer. Deep, complex acididi and funk yet super balanced and drinkable. Perfectly carbonaded.

Pumpkin seed sourdough, lemon, earth, and barnyard funk - all intricately balanced. Fresh herb and spice - not exactly spearmint or white pepper but something in between. Palette is incredibly elegant with smashing length. The Champagne of the beer world.
