Really good lambic. Get a lot of apple, some grapes maybe plus sour and tartness.

My first Cantillon I believe. I enjoyed it in small doses. Not too acidic.

Annoyed at myself that I somehow forgot to pick up the Gose from my earlier brewery visit. But then I found this at home…happy days. Picked up from (the now closed down) Green Elephant in Falmouth a little while back I’m guessing.
