Rich, sharp fruity aroma. There's an initial hit but it doesn't last long and the majority of the time it's refreshing and mild. Fruit with a yeasty undercurrent is the order of the day.

Mogen lambic. Fina äppeltoner och härligt höig och mustig. Torr sak. Alla hästar äro hemma i stallet. Anno 2015.
