My first Cantillon I believe. I enjoyed it in small doses. Not too acidic.

Really good lambic. Get a lot of apple, some grapes maybe plus sour and tartness.

Après avoir jouer à la loterie à la SAQ voici ce que j’ai gagné. Vraiment très bon, bien amer, bel équilibre. Un beau produit.
