Took years but finally had my first beer from Cantillon. Did not disappoint. Dry, fruity, and sour. Will have to go back to Belgium to get some there. Appreciate why they are the gold standard for this style.

Unbelievable. Fantastic beer. Appreciated even more after visiting the brewery and making friends with the master blender and his son.
