Smells footy, low carbonation. Cork, mild and green grape with some florals and some chewy fresh bread late. Ok, not my favourite Cantillion.

Bière au goût très complexe. Vineuse et légèrement oxydée, les saveurs acidulées se confondent avec le côté moelleux. Puissant et élégant. Non refermenté en bouteille, c'est une bière calme et non pétillante.

Cantillon through a cask handpull! My beer geek mind is blown. Delicious 3 year old lambic.
