Funky rhubarb(?), raspberry, earth, mineral, tart red apple aromas, mlight body, fruit, light mineral, wheat cracker, earth flavours

A fruity sour that packs more pucker than punch. This isn’t overly sweet, but the beer doesn’t come through to complement the sour either. This is a bit flat in flavor and over zingy for my tastes.

EH, slightly disappointing palate. Thin, and lack of raspberry flavor.

Kølster kan bare ikke brygge øl. Den er sur og ellers uden smag. Fin farve og duft.

Good quality sour. But lacks the depth on raspberry, it tends to get quite “children vitamin pill” alike.

Raspberries, fruity, somewhat tart, reasonably sour and quite dry.
