Stout - Milk / Sweet

Christmas Stout brewed with pale malt, oats and various dark and roasted malt and a bit of lactose for the residual sweetness. The base beer is the same as "Liv og Glade Dage", but the two beers were split into different fermentation vessels after the boil. After the end of fermentation we added vanilla from our local supplier Vera Mexicana. The vanilla is rich on aromas and provides a great layer of complexity to the beer.

Aroma is slightly acidic, almost like a barrel aged beer. Flavour is a bit acidic with some vanilla and sweetness at the end. Light body. Not my favourite, almost afraid the keg is contaminated
