Øsbedkeren…one of Dennarks finest breweries in my opinion. This one thou isn’t my fave but, it is good and it has a smoky hint that reminds me of smoky, Scottish single malt whiskeys which I love. Interesting taste and I have a feeling it’s a grower!

Riktigt fin lagom av allt och välbalanserad utan att sticka ut precis som jag gillar. Börjar känna igen Amarillo, Galaxy och Mosaic nu efter snart 1000 provade öl (varav ca 300 IPA?). Mjuk nektarin åt krusbärshållet med dov kryddig mineralitet.

Habila, men rätt intetsägande stjärntoner. Nä… danskjävlarna kan bättre, tycker jag.

Citrus all the way. Bitter grapefruit, citrus peel, fizzy lemon drop and honey in the end. Surprisingly creamy mouthfeel. Long after swallowing, overripe pineapple notes surface. Extremely dry finish with strong lingering bitterness. 👍🏻
