Unexpected and unusual flavour. It’s not too strong in any one flavour. Aroma is floral and herbal, but the flavour falls somewhere between orange and melon (honeydew) with mild hops but not much bitterness. Some sweetness, a bit of bite. It’s indecisive.

The irony here being it’s a month and a half old. The lemon-forward hops have held up well, enjoyable balance, good body. Tasty.

We had these beers in the wrong order. The other had such a big flavour. This is thinner for sure.

Mild earthy fruity floral, citrus, leafy subtle soapy hop, fruity yeast, faint lemon, grapefruit peel, lemon pie crust, with a medium-bodied palate mild zesty lemon, grapefruit rind, fruity, doughy yeast, flowery citrusy, leafy, grassy, greeny hoppy taste
