Ripe passion fruit, mineral, nettles, yellow pepper, white peach, wheat cracker aromas, med body, plenty passion fruit; first light cordial, then acidity kicks in, wheat cracker, earth, sea buckthorn mirror, leaves, mineral flavours. Salt, anyone?

Thick opaque dark yellow. Tropical and passion fruit rich. Tart. Good.

Pours thick. Strong aromatic passion fruit on the nose. Thick body. Mouth puckering tartness. Insane amount of passion fruit in this. A salty finish.
