What an experience. Perfect amount of alcohol, while it has a not too punchy sourness. Definitely excited to try the other versions alike.

Very dry and tart with tannins from the oak aging. Delicious mouth Puckering complexity.

Ugggghhhh. It's just so great. Blueberry compote, sourdough bread, purple grapes, light granola. Tart and woodsy. Yum.
