Very sour. A lot of bergamot in the start. The funkyness from the barrel aging comes far into the aftertaste. Leaves a dry and a bit sevoury feel in the mouth. Not sure how to feel about this one

Lucka nr23 i Mikkellers adventskalender 2020. Underbar doft men fy jävlar va besk. Startar surt och går över i ren apelsin/citron cest. Lite som maskrosblad och gräs men Granny Smith

Mien hemeltie wat bitter. Bergamot op de neus is wel erg plezierig

Almost no funk, citrusy sourness with big grapefruit bitterness. I don't think this is a good addition to a spontaneous beer, maybe a quick sour though!

#15 är..spontan! Jag ska inte påstå att det var någon testvinnare, men den växte lite ändå. Rackarns trevlig flaska också!

Still not a fan of sour, but these from Spontan-series are ok.
