One a day historical check in, drank 31/7/2010 at Chris & Ruth's pre GBBF shindig. Dark chocolate, coconut, caramel and toffee aromas. Very nice nose. Chocolate, light spices, malts and smoky flavours. Nice, malty action. Good alcohol burn. Nice.

Black colour, brown head. Aroma of bourbon, vanilla, hard roasted malts, some pepper, hops. Flavour is hard roasted malts, peppers, earthy liquorice root, sugar, slight burn in the hard roasted bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Nice and smooth, chocolatey with a bit of a tart & spicy finish!

10 years old. Pretty thin and slighty oxidized, still holds some flavors, molasses, chilies but heat has dissipated with age.
