Yeah, no that's not for me. Weird mix of semi-sour farmhouse and heavy malted super sweet Belgian bock. Couldn't get any bourbon barrel taste at all.

(2018) W zapachu świeże maliny + wanilina, rodzynki, cukier kandyzowany i whisky. W smaku półwytrawne, kwaskowe, malinowe, karmelowe, tostowe, z bourbonowym rozgrzewaniem. Goryczka nieduża, taniczna, posmak starej beczki. Niskie co2, lepkie, oleiste. 3.8

Wow, wat een prachtig bier. Fris zuur, dan zoet framboos, dan beetje karamel, dan hout, 1000 lagen.

Roosvicee in de neus. Geen spoor van de barrel. En zuur. Flink zuur. Positiever kan ik het niet maken.

I’m not really tasting the raspberry, because the umami is very present and delicious. For heady stuff, it goes down smooth and easy. Heavy umami odors.

Wow die heeft er bock op. Van afstand ruik je het fruit., dichtbij de bourbon. Deze is voor de genieters, zoet maar niet te zoet. Beetje zuur. Rustig drinken. Edward misschien beetje hetzelfde als die vorige van jou.

Nose still has the bourbon, but very soft. With a hint of soy and raisin. Bit liquor a like. Flavour is too tart for the style and hardly anything else beside tart fruit... meh...

This one is a few years old but it's still good. Seems like a raspberry sour more than anything.

This bottle is either a 12 or a 14. Not sure. But it has aged well!

(2016) THT 21/01/21. Geur erg veel (zoete) frambozen, ook bramen, iets bourbon ver daaronder. Smaak flink zoet, vol, volledige frambozen met velletjes, wat boozy, ook wrangig en zuur tot en met de afdronk. Eerder een Eisbock. Leuk gedaan, maar too much.
