Suuuper thirst quenching. The combination is maybe a little eccentric, but the Riesling really comes through. Wish I was drinking this in summer

Zunächst typisch süßer Obstkorb für ein NEIPA, wird im Abgang aber eingefangen von der weißweinartigen Säure.

Fruchtig mit leicht säuerlicher Note im Nachgang. Erfrischend hopfig und prickelnd auf der Zunge.

IPA wo bist du? Dieser Riesling Dude ist ziemlich süffig. Im Abgang vernehme ich nussige Nuancen.

Well well. I didn't guess that I could combine wine and beer in one go. This is interesting and even though it is not so usual neipa it is not bad at all. It seems lighter than the alcohol content it contains.

What started a lil off-putting (pro tip: don’t mix it with other neipas and don’t get confused by the style), ended up being a pretty pleasant sensory experience. Dry, almost sparkling, perhaps a perfect Silvester beer. Can scare some away though.
