Second version I had last night. Very delicious. Mellow and smooth. Not sure how old it was. Bought at The Pipe and Pint or Bestway in Greensboro, NC. Both great stores that you should check out if you are in the area.

Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is white wine, roasted notes, mild alcohol and some sweet malts and burnt sugar. Flavour is mild white wine like dryness, some fruits along with alcohol, wood, roast, liquorice and mild smoked wooden notes.

Fruity, berries, dry, getting some of the stout but that's quite thin. Probably tasted better when first brewed or a year or two after. Kept this for too long. Best before May 2018 and think it was brewed in 2013
