Pretty close to undrinkable, in a good way. Intense sourness paired with a burning chilli bite, over a fruit-honey sweetness that opens into earth and weeds. Very intense on the acid and hot sauce burn though.

Apricot, plastic, tight, vinous acidity. Lovely.
