Hat einfach nur nach Sauerkrautsaft geschmeckt, echt ungenießbar gewesen. Hatte es im livestream mit Mister Bierzeps getrunken und ein paar Zuschauer hatten auch dieses Bier, da kamen die gleichen Reaktionen, lag also nicht an Nenner Dose

Erfrischend, fruchtig, aber einem "Sour" wird es nicht gerecht, es erinnert eher an Fruchtsäuren der Zitronen. Das Salz schmecke ich nicht heraus. Allerdings ist das Bier in sich rund und süffig.

Licht geel, dof, gesluierd. Volle witte stabiele schuimkraag. zoet, zuur. fris. beetje citrus. moutige geur. Niets zoutig, jammer, anders wel volwaardig alternatief voor gose.

Good gose. Easy drinking, a bit simple but refreshing. Without the feel funny juice though

Thirst quencher indeed! Normally I don't taste the salt in goses that much, but this one is actually pretty salty (in a good way)

Roasted ham (guaiacol), moving into citric acid tones. Strong raspberry in the flavor, salt is tantalising. Very tasty, but the ham is odd… byproduct of the wheat?
