Deep purplish red. Strong blueberry aroma with slight acetic and tobacco notes. Sour and astringent, heavy berry notes, sort of bitter. Very complex.

Sweet vanilla and chocolate aroma. Decent body, sweet vanilla and chocolate, slight roasted Bitterness.

Light passion fruit aroma. Sharp lime and passion fruit, slight salinity.

Bright deep mahogany. Coffee, vanilla and chocolate aroma. Thick body, boozy, bourbon and vanilla, sweetish. Coffee. Lacks a little in beer depth.

Strong coffee aroma with slightly nutty note. A bit thin, coffee, slight roasted bitterness.

Sweet peach and pineapple candy aroma. Quite thin, medium bitterness, , dry finish, undefined.

Lightly sharp lacto aroma. Sharp passion fruit flavour.

Water Series Czech Quin

Muted grain aroma, slightly sweet, more hop aroma as it warms. More pronounced bitterness, quite crisp. Best of the four, but feel the recipe wasn't the best.

Water Series Burton On Trent Quin

Slightly fruitier aroma than the others but with an earthy edge. Earthy flavour with more pronounced bitterness which hangs around. Quite sharp.

Water Series Pacific Quin

Grain, slight grass and sherbet on the nose. Light mild bitterness, slightly heavy finish, a little sharp.

Water Series Denmark Quin

More grain like aroma, slightly sharp though with a metallic edge. Quite rounded, mild bitterness with a dry finish.
