Aromatic, rich on yuzu citrus and rustic. A very complex and interesting brew, but not my cup of brew. Too aromatic and tones of fermentation.

Refreshing and crisp hoppy rice lager with yuzu. You can really taste the rice in here and with the addition of soured malt the yuzu comes out refreshing.

It’s all about the yuzu giving this a complex dry citric bitterness. Positive surprise.

Somewhat hazy bright golden color, light head. Smells light cracker, some sweet lemony tones which I think is yuzu. Taste surprised me, lime, crisp, lightly malty. One of the better lagers I've had.
