Impy aged in bourbon barrels for 13 months with pecan, cacao, vanilla, and cinnamon. Not too much cinnamon and pecan in here, but loads of bourbon and vanilla. Not too balanced, but very nice

Oude Geuze Boon (2013-2014) Kalksma

Old school 10 year old geuze with a huge flavor of apple, hay, Brett and funk. Refreshing but maybe a bit too much balanced out

Massive wood and rum flavour with some malty and hoppy backbone. Definitely mostly wood, but an interesting flavour for sure.

Solid Gold Kalksma

Good quality American Lager but that doesn't say much. Clean pilsner malts, some corn syrup and almost no hops. Refreshing tho

Midsummer Dream 2021 Kalksma

Crisp and clean, but complex, lager with flavours of malt, caramel, bread, some fruit like peach, and citrus. Lovely balance, good dry finish and very refreshing

Spontanlemon Kalksma

Lemon lambiek aged on a oak foeder. Intense oak and lemon with a great balance between sweet and sour. One dimensional done right

Winter Hexagon Kalksma

Juicy and tropical TIPA with flavours of citrus, tropical fruit like pineapple, stone fruit and some piney bitterness. Great balance and creamy texture, but not that punchy

Specular Kalksma

Creamy and deep orange and citrus flavour with loads of mandarin. Complex flavour, but not a overly strong flavour.

Beer Geek Porter Kalksma

Soft coffee porter with flavours of caramel, chocolate, coffee and bitter resinous hops. Love the centennial in here, and it has a good balance and complexity, but it's all a bit watery sadly. Missing some oomph

Full on citrus attack. Orange mostly, some light floral flavours in the sweetness and it ends with a citrusy bitterness. Refreshing
