Piwo mega smaczne. Bardzo przyjemnie zbalansowane nuty funky, taki bardzo zdrowy konik jedzący świeżutkie sianko wymieszany z przyjemna kwasowością. Wydało mi się że gdzieś na granicy czułem ocet, ale było to na granicy autosugestii. Orzeźwiający i dobry.

Dobra to zacznijmy od plusów: czuć tę marchewkę. dalej jest gorzej, baza taka mało funky, trochę octowa, i w sumie mało intrresujaca. Jest wytrawnie, mało intensywnie, brakuje mi brettowych nut. Średniak albo piwo po czasie straciło swoje zalety.

Carrot indeed. Earthy, cellary aroma. Raisins in flavor, yeast, dates. Didnt expect these flavors.
