Le Yuzu est très discret, ça manque un peu de punch....

A great yuzu nose! In the taste floral, rice influence, dry, clean, crisp, slight lemon notes, caramelly body, bitter from beginning till end.

Rice Lager, not very common for me, that is. But, this 5% brew is quite interesting. Some undefined taste is present, and it is good. Maybe it will go with a sushi meal very well.

Das geht auf den Sieg der Dänen später 😋 Recht leicht, aber die Yuzu macht es sehr frisch. Feines Sommerdings, auch wenn ich da aktuell doch eher die Sours bevorzuge.

A great crisp beer, maybe a little bit too tart. A great beer for a summer day

Very clear yuzu on the nose, that smell is very distinguishable. Citrus yuzu on thw flavour as well, the zest bitterness is quite obvious. Easily drinkable brew, but not exactly what I would expect in beer.
