Day 19. On the nose: piney notes with amber green fruits. Taste: very hoppy start with a nice bitterness that stay for a while but not overwhelmingly. Like eating a Christmas tree. Fairly pleasant Christmas IPA

Nose: Malty, piney, intense notes of green tea. Taste: Slightly malty, piney hop notes, notes of green tea, bitter, medium peppery finish.
