A Pilsner, I don’t have a Red Shrimp is crisp and easy drinking at 4.6% ABV. Color is yellow amber. Aroma is lightly fruity with lightly roasted malts and zesty hops. The palate blends orange and lemon peel, hay, cereal grains and grassy tones. Taste is slightly bitter with a subdued grainy sweetness and hints of flowers at the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Finish is clean and dry. This is an easy going, yet flavorful Pils, perfect for a party or with a light meal.
