[Wed]. Un mas, so por que no a 15 year old bottle from our [regular, not even our cellar fridge, hah]. Still tons of raisin, fig, and other dried dark fruits, soft oak, all nicely dry, ...and only a hint of oxidization. Ah. Then, off home 💋

For a brew 15 years old this has held up pretty good. Plenty of raisins, figs and dried dark fruit with a drying oak finish and some oxidation 🤘🍻🖤
