For a brew 15 years old this has held up pretty good. Plenty of raisins, figs and dried dark fruit with a drying oak finish and some oxidation π€π»π€

World Wide Stout (2017) Bateman
Couldn't tell if this was a 2012 or 2017 so went with the fresher vintage. This has held up sooo fuckin well. Figs, raisins, chocolate, subtle roast with a balanced roast. Can't tell this is 18% π€π»π€

Wake Up World Wide Stout (2022) Bateman
White/green pepper notes from the coffee on the nose, taste brings a more roasty coffee notes with some chocolate and fudge. Smooth feel with a rounded bitterness and a touch of heat π»π€π€

No idea how old this is but we have 2 in the fridge so hey E you get to dhare this with us. It's 11.2% so this is a reasonable guess π Roasty with just a ain't hint of soy as it warms, honestly better than expected
