[Wed]. Oralé... k, Nub and I need to make it a point to start getting through the RIDICULOUS number of bottles in both fridge/cellar fridge... he snuck 1 now. Couldn't tell if '12 or '17, but flavors all there, so newer? Literally slammed tho, as I do💋

Couldn't tell if this was a 2012 or 2017 so went with the fresher vintage. This has held up sooo fuckin well. Figs, raisins, chocolate, subtle roast with a balanced roast. Can't tell this is 18% 🤘🍻🖤

From 2017. And the mayhem of the last 5 years had us not drink it? Most likely.

This aged nicely. Strong flavors that mellowed perfectly leaving a nice rich coffee and almost plum like profile.

Up at the 5 year aged!! Nice primer to my jetski ride around the lake. Beautiful day with a rare treat! 18ABV POW!!! Smoothing as it warms/rests a bit. Flavors nicely! I know strong, but not boozy! Opened with hood smoke under the cap! Sip and enjoying!

It's late and I'm trying to digest Archive 81. I'm sure a 20ish percent stout will help

Excellent! Notes of chocolate and coffee. Still quite a bit of booziness. Purchased at Lukas Liquors in Denver in June of 2017. Can't get this in GA. Felt like a good time to crack this open after a UGA national championship!

Found it hidden in our walk-in beer cooler. It is now tapped and for sale. Of course I took the maiden pour.

Bought this in a charity auction at beginning of Covid. It is incredibly smooth with a pleasant chocolate finish.

Vintage 2017 from the cellar. Still minor booziness. Overall really holding up well.

An incredible beer. Well aged with great chocolate and roasted coffee flavors. A real treat.

Holy ABV. Punches you in the mouth right away, the chocolate and roast are after but the booze is so prevalent even after the age.

It should actually be illegal to make an 18% beer and not list the ABV, Jesus Christ. Been cellared since new and it is so rich and good.

Delicious as always with nice oaky finish aged super well.

Rich chocolate with a mild but very present roast note. Oh and very boozy.

Aged 4 years which really diminishes the booziness. Much smoother. 4.3+

Unbelievable! Tx to Steve H for this beauty & many others! Get to Pinglehead Brewing aka Brewer's Pizza in Jacksonville, Fl. Many good breweries here, but none better! GO!
