I don't have an alcohol problem. I drink beer just fine, thank you very much.

Olde School (2017) M

Goodness, those years did not mellow this very much. It almost tastes like a fresh 120min. So damn boozy, pecans and sweet malt, but damn this is such a big bitch.

Fou’ Foune (2021) M

Bottled Aug '21. Smells like green apple skins, tastes like it too. The tart hasn't fallen off yet, it's quite sour and very dry. Like teeth stick to lips dry. Delicious as always from these folks.

120 Minute IPA M

Bottled 11/22/17. Very cloudy pour. Lots of boozy warmth, has tons of molasses and maybe hazelnut? So smooth after all these years.

Oh my goodness. What a sour. Very dry, super bright, and so sour. Lots of lemon and funk, so delicious.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2017) M

I bought this at the actual brewery on 6/17/17 and held it until now. Absolutely incredible flavor, lots of green apple and honey. Medium high tart, good amount of funk. So worth the wait. Happy holidays to us!

120 Minute IPA (2017) M

Bottled 3/16/17. Smells like wort. Surprisingly still a bit boozy even after all this time, with a lot of raisin too. No bitterness left.

120 Minute IPA M

Bottled 3/2017. So incredibly smooth, caramel nose and a lot on the flavor too. A little nutty, some barley, and just enough of the boozy bite to round it out. Awesome as always.

120 Minute IPA (2017) M

This is like a super smooth barleywine. Really boozy, full bodied, tons of dates and caramel. Aged so well.

Fou' Foune (2019) M

This is incredible. The apricot sweetness has mellowed over time, but the tartness definitely stayed. Medium dry, and a bit of funk at the end. Never seen Cantillon on draft before!

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2017) M

Absolutely coats the whole mouth. Almost no booze, tastes like carbonated chocolate milk, which is so dangerous and delicious. My first ever taste of this brew for any year.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) M

Side by side with the '17. More carbonated, a little more fruity and boozy. Dark chocolate.

World Wide Stout (2017) M

Holy ABV. Punches you in the mouth right away, the chocolate and roast are after but the booze is so prevalent even after the age.

Saint Lamvinus M

Jammy nose, the tart merlot comes through super heavy, ends fantastically dry and tart. The sour hangs around quite a lot. Fantastic.
