Operation Clear the Cellar I always enjoy this beer, fresh or aged. Heavy pine resin hop bomb with a burst of boozy maltiness, with hops lingering on the finish.

Oak-Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout (2017)

Operation Clear the Cellar I think the aging on this bottle might have made it better. The barrel notes held up, as did the vanilla. It was less sweet (in a good way) than I remember having it fresh.

Underground Mountain Brown (2020)

Lots of coffee still prevalent, a little barrel on the finish. It held up pretty well.

Black Rye

NR. This was sitting on a back shelf in my cellar. Was off-putting due to oxidation.

Clearing the cellar. Surprisingly decent. Not really my thing, but if you like very sweet, chocolate covered blueberries, this is your beer. I could only do a 4 oz taster at best

Más Agave Grapefruit (2020)

No mas! Regular Mas Agave is much better. This is too sweet and leaves a not so pleasant, lingering aftertaste.
