Still holding up after all these years in the cellar. Good carbonation, maybe not as much depth.

French Toast Bastard (2019) Weil

Still good after years in the cellar. Upped it a notch - still very sweet, but the flavor match to a syrupy breakfast treat is uncanny.

The Cranfather Weil

I really like this. Nice and tart from the cranberry and orange peel. None of the cloying sweetness like other old fashioned inspired beers. I want to crush this, but it is a sipper.

The Headless Gourdsman Weil

Lots of spice and sweetness, but a bit too thin

Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA Weil

An exciting blend of fantastic flavors. The unique character of a 120 mellowed by Utopias barrels. Similar to a barrel aged old ale, but entirely its own creature.

Imperial Stout (2019) Weil

Wow. So rich and creamy with that strong bitter backbone to hold it up.

120 Minute IPA (2018) Weil

Really good, as always

Blushing Padre (2020) Weil

Like blushing monk, but more rich. A hint of tequila flavor on the finish. Really well done, especially after being cellared.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Weil

My least favorite variant so far. Nothing wrong with it, but just not well balanced.

Curmudgeon's Better Half Deep Cut 2020 Weil

I appreciate the specialness of this beer, but it is not my style. Very sweet with flavors of molasses and toasted marshmallow.

World Wide Stout (2017) Weil

An incredible beer. Well aged with great chocolate and roasted coffee flavors. A real treat.

Ginger Smiles Weil

Lots of ginger spice. Interesting and something different.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Weil

Sweet and tasty. Lots of cherry and orange.

Hazy IPA Weil

A great hazy. Wonderful balance between bitter an juicy. This should be a staple.

Pay It No Mind Weil

Really light tropical/sour hibiscus notes. Otherwise a serviceable beer.

Geodos Lemon Herbal Wheat Weil

Sour and sweet. Fun herbal notes. Something different!

4 Giants IPA (2021) Weil

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) Weil

An excellent variation on a classic beer. Sweeter than the original with pleasant fudge, and syrup flavors. So good.

Moon Rambler IPA Weil

Crisp and fresh with some creaminess from the milk sugar. A decent beer.

Detroit Double IPA Weil

Really good. Love the piney, resinous flavors. Still crisp and clean.
