2020 cognac vintage. Subtle biting flavor to the finish. Terrific funk and smooth geuze flavor profile. Very polished, drinking better and better with age. Yum yum, more please.

Dusty old barley boi. Smells excellent - caramelly AF. Bitter tasting notes, but a bit thicker than when fresh and certainly less hop notes.

Smells mega acetic - straight up vinegar - but tastes dry, funky, and like a bushel of cherries. Lots of fruit skin, fairly tart. Quite good.

2021. Fanatic nose. Quite crisp carbonation. Love that apricot - super delicious.

Super cloudy, but surprisingly good. Very similar to a barleywine. Quite caramelly, lots of raisin, very sweet. This is kind of bomb - probably the best DFH I've had.

Going pretty metallic, flat, and cardboard-y. Pretty stale coffee, kind of vegetal. Smoke em if you've got em - this one's def over the hill.

So much better than that last 2019 bottle - funky, a little farty. Mildly acidic. Excellent apricot. Loving it.

There's something off about this bottle - the fruit smells quite fresh, not pulpy or rotten. Seems like it didn't ferment correctly or something. It's a bit edgy and sharp. Not pleasant at all. Super disappointing.
