Depth of flavors after 12 years is stellar. I feel like I’m drinking a high end cognac

Definitely still drinkable after 12 years, but it lost pretty much all the maple flavoring. Wish I would have drank earlier as this is now much more hoppier than what I care for. Maybe I should have sold it to someone who loves IPAs?!

Hints of brown sugar, caramel, fruit, and spice with a slight floral hoppiness offset by a boozy bourbon finish. It has aged well over the last 12 years since it was brewed.

Last night, by the fire. Definitely a sweet one, but mellowed out immensely in 11 years. 👌🏻
