Hints of brown sugar, caramel, fruit, and spice with a slight floral hoppiness offset by a boozy bourbon finish. It has aged well over the last 12 years since it was brewed.

Wonderful complexity of flavors! Smooth, coffee, chocolate, French toast, and not too bitter. Very drinkable! Though go easy this is strong!

Brewed in 2014 and cellared by Dmitry. An immense, mighty beer, profound depth of flavor, rich and heavy, complex umami, treacle, alcohol, bitter black patent malt notes, hint of horse blanket funk.

Deep malt and black strap molasses in the nose. Sweet, deep molasses, port wine, umami and vanilla notes. This one is for the record book. Spectacular.

Rich and chewy. Hops and toasty bitterness don't clash and there's lots of caramel for balance.
