Sweet cherry aroma. Mouth is rich sour cherry and oak. Vinous, smooth and balanced.

Deep sour cherry with tart body and flavor with ends the lighter side with really dry oak finish

Some astringency at the aftertaste but still wow. The cherries are noticeable and well balanced

So incredibly balanced. So funky. So fruity. The sourness is SPOT ON, not too much, not too little. If you come across a bottle from the Spontan series, just get it, even if its 12+ euro.
