Between 4.25 and 4.5 Amazing beer, funky, some burnyard, citrus peel, not too sour, has some residual sweetness from the rhubarb. Not sure if i prefer tilquin or cantillon rhubarb lambic. Both are amazing.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) Avramovitch

Now more dark chocolate than coffee, full body. Wonderfull.

Dankwood (2018) Avramovitch

Thought it will turn to barlywine but is remains a (triple) ipa. Woody but not much bourbon. Definitely not an clasic ipa. Time removed hops aroma, leaving caramel and toffee , bitter but not to much. Alittle boozy at the aftertaste but ok for 12.2 abv.

Backwoods Bastard Avramovitch

3.4 years old. Sweet,caramel,toasty,lots of bourbon. Remind me bourbon barrel quad by boulvard. Didnt wrote my impressions when it was young but it probably passed its peek. Still wonderfull

Beer Geek Cocoa Shake (2018) Avramovitch

Lots of chocolate, sweetness and biter at the same time. Full body. For some reason i have sense olive at the aroma. But no olive taste. I had some olives few hours before...doesnt feel alcoholic nor astringency. Well done!

Full body, mostly coffee but some dark chocolate and coca bitterness, alcohol is noticeable, reminds me coco psyco by brewdog.no barrel notes imo. I would prefer it a little sweeter but it is nice. As the beer warms up, the chocolate comes to the front.

Well made, mainly chocolate, mid carbonation, very little roastiness astringency, some caramel and beady. The style itself is not wow and rememberable.

The foam is awfuly bitter, the beer itself is balance, some sips fells sweet and some bitter as it start sweet but distinct bitterness at the aftertaste.Coffee,cream,some toffee, some green/grassy/piney hops.

Hard to say if it got better,but i do think so. Defenatly Peated, noticable saltines (or something i preserve as salty)- Probably from the barrel. Not sure if to rate is 4.25 or 4.5
