Enten så e an fremdeles alt for unge, eller så e bare isje denne årgangen den beste. Men for all del, gode. Akkurat som å drikka blod (kan eg forestilla meg). (Bbf 21.12.30.)

This was a birthday present from Steph, so I took a fancy picture in Portrait Mode. Lol. A thick and deep red pour. Each sip started quite vinous, and finished with the expected hit of cherry. It was much more red winey than I had expected, but not bad 😁

Pretty good. Sourness well balanced, cherries are fresh and ripe tasting, and there is a little bit of almond flavour - sort of like a Bakewell tart. However, the acidity is too high right now, but maybe it will mellow with time?
