Min andra morotsöl för kvällen (!!!). Den är mycket bättre är den andra. Mindre komplex, men mer lättsmält och trevlig. Morotigheten är subtil och ger en bra komplexitet till denna öl.

Heel vreemd gerijpt. Ruikt naar port, weinig over van de wortel. Kleur is van fel oranje naar donkerbruin gegaan

Gulerodsøl bliver aldrig rigtig godt, men denne er nok et godt bud på den bedste.

A lot sweeter than I expected and for a sour weighing in at 7.7% it is very well balanced. Taking the best parts of carrot juice and replacing the rest with a powerful lambic sourness.
