The palate has a mango-like thick sweetness that spreads firmly, and the bitterness follows slightly. The aftertaste has a faint soba flavor.

Starts immediately with a fruity mouthful. Sweet notes, but also a bit sour-ish. The more you drink the more the bitterness reveals itself, a bit persistent after the end of the glass.

Silky. Sticky. Double coating. Viscous. Actually does smell and taste of soba. If I had to guess I’d say they added it like you would oats, for mouthfeel. Juicy citrus like kumquat/tankan/mandarin. Easy drinking thick kid 🍊a little deep and mysterious ~
