Henry put on his science gloves and came up with his own yeast culture perfect for this low ABV Microbiologically flavored ale. Brewed with Mikkellenisis, which is a non-alcohol producing yeast strain that emits notes of passionfruit and tropical aromas.

Light-bodied Non-Alcoholic beer that pours a fizzy Pale Yellow colour. Tropical Fruit aromas with sweet Passionfruit flavours & Lemon Cordial notes. Smooth, clean finish with a slight Lemon tartness.

I had hoped for an ale. When I saw the colour, I worried it would be more of an IPA. The aroma made me worry more. But the flavour is malty, not hoppy. Bloody lovely.
