Year not displayed, but it’s way too fresh! It’s just cherry juice, and there’s no complexity whatsoever. Tinges of marzipan, and very soft minerals, but no funk or sourness whatsoever. As a Summer refresher it’s bloody lovely… but it’s not a lambic!

Rich, funky, dark cherry, quite fruity. Acidic with a more subtle funk. Still very nice.

Fruity, juicy and sweet. Not bitter at all. Very drinkable as abv is well hidden.
