Assez sucré, légèrement acidulé. Au départ, impression jus pommes, mais gorgé en gorgé fruits tropicaux ressorts, donc jus tropicaux trop sucré.

Henry and his science. This beer has a nice grapefruit taste not too overpowering as some. A nice citrus finish to it that leaves a zing. Unsure what microbiologically flavoured means but if this is anything to go by I like it
