Smells a bit of lemon flavoured iced tea, the taste clearly demonstrates yuzu with a nice finish from the barrel aging, again almost tea like.

I really enjoy Mikkeller's brand of funk in their lambics. This one is lightly sour with nice citrus notes.

Bottled 2017. I kind of feel that this has lost some of its sourness, it's not as fierce as it was in 2017 when I drank this last time... but it's quite tasty still.

Tart citrus taste with a distinctive yuzu funk. Pours almost a tea color. Very unique

Flavors of apples, limes and a hint of cinnamon like earthiness. Dry aftertaste in the throat.

Yuzu & wood, sour yuzu, old oak, lemongrass notes, some bitterness, dry finish, another good stuff from the spontan series 😋👌 Aged 4 y+ in my cellar, bottled 24.05.17 👍

Seriously tart. Lemony, yet round and fruity like a... Cold cup of tea? Very refreshing and very good, but it demands small sips to avoid SSF (Serious SourFace).

Spontan øl til et spontant øjeblik blandt pasta, unger og hverdagssovs. Spids og tydeligt citrus smag fra den japanske ultra-citron Yuzu. Skål I en spændende mikrobiologisk cocktail, som ligesom som resten af serien er fremragende lambic øl. 🇩🇰🍺🍋😋
