I don't know why in my head I thought this would be richer and sweeter, but it isn't. Not that this is a bad beer, but it seems lacking in some way.

So I like how bitter and acidic this is. An imp oatmeal that is nutty and not overly sweet. Coffee is a little harsh on the end.

Roasty coffee flavor with an acidic tang. More coffee than malt or hop flavor.

Best by 2026. So who knows when it was bottled. It’s got a good amount of age on it.

Root beer & coffee nuances. Rich, complex, almondy flavors. Quite long, almost smoky finish.

Not bad especially for being years old. Oatmeal with coffee adds a good texture. Coffee flavor tastes a little over brewed, somewhat displeasing. I’d get this again, if they make it again, but I’d want it fresh.

WEASEL! This is like a cortado with a heavy punch of booze on the afterburner. Very pleasant!
